We Just Love Family Pictures ...

Hail the Conquering Hero!

On Thursday of this week, Daniel took the 4th and final CPA examination. We don't, of course, know how he did. But that didn't mean we couldn't celebrate!!!

To begin with, I picked him up, with a wrapped gift waiting on his seat: Monopoly. He's wanted the game for a while.

Then, when we got home, we toasted him being done with tests and studying (with Martinelli's, of course), and ate his celebration cake:

Yes. That is a fruit salad.

Daniel is not a huge fan of cakes or baked treats; so instead I made him a fruit salad, with all sorts of delicious and exotic fruits that we don't normally buy because they are expensive. Totally worth it.

Then, I frosted it with vanilla frosting ... not easy, let me tell you; and wrote a congratulations message.

We finished this delightful evening by going to dinner at a Greek Restaurant that was very good, and fun. It was nice to have a study-free night ... for both of us!
