On Thursday of this week, Daniel took the 4th and final CPA examination. We don't, of course, know how he did. But that didn't mean we couldn't celebrate!!!
To begin with, I picked him up, with a wrapped gift waiting on his seat: Monopoly. He's wanted the game for a while.
Then, when we got home, we toasted him being done with tests and studying (with Martinelli's, of course), and ate his celebration cake:

| Daniel is not a huge fan of cakes or baked treats; so instead I made him a fruit salad, with all sorts of delicious and exotic fruits that we don't normally buy because they are expensive. Totally worth it. |

We finished this delightful evening by going to dinner at a Greek Restaurant that was very good, and fun. It was nice to have a study-free night ... for both of us!

ReplyDeleteThat's awesome! I want that fruit. Now please. :) Also, we need to have a monopoly game night. Sad we missed seeing you guys, but glad we didn't share our germs with you. Tell Daniel I finally got his message a week or so after the fact! Sorry about that...I'm horrible with checking my messages normal times, but I'm even worse on vacation. :(
